Yes, North East Bathrooms is insured. Please ask to see our insurance certificate if you need to.
We have all the industry standard mandatory building warranties. We offer a Statutory Warranty of 10 years, and Builders Warranty Insurance (for all jobs with a value exceeding over $16000 in value), which is six years for structural flaws and two years for non-structural defects.

Peter is a Registered Building Practitioner with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA), registration number DB-L 75938. He is also a member of The Housing Industry of Australia and the Master Builders Association of Victoria.

The time frames for a renovation can vary dependent on the size of the bathroom and the
complexity of the job. Generally, allow 3 to 4 weeks for a bathroom renovation. We will provide you with a timeline upfront and keep you in the loop for any unforeseen delays that might occur. Availability is affected by the number of bookings at any given time. We will schedule your work as quickly as possible.

Absolutely. From the moment we first inspect your site, we will work with you to design a bathroom or laundry renovation that is exactly what you want. We might even suggest a few things you haven’t even thought about! We have a network of preferred suppliers and will come with you to their showrooms to help you choose the right options and answer all those inevitable questions there and then.

No problem. No deposits are required. Instead, we offer a fair and easy to manage payment plan over the four defined stages of the project. If your circumstances change, we will adapt with you.

Generally the answer is no. Of course, if you have a second bathroom to use, it’s all a little bit easier. There may be some inconveniences during the renovation but this will depend on the circumstances. We do everything we can to provide a streamlined process to minimise disruption.

We are happy to discuss a renovation within your budget. Variations in the total cost will largely depend on variables such as the size of the room, the complexity of the design and the quality of the materials and fixtures chosen.
The following packages are provided as a guide for the cost of a potential bathroom renovation or construction.

Basic Bathroom – $14,000 to $18,000

A bathroom in this range would be smaller in size and have minimum fixtures. It may be ideal for an investment property, second bathroom or for someone looking to upgrade on a budget.

Deluxe Bathroom – $19,000-$24,000  

A Deluxe bathroom would be larger in size, with greater construction implications, and may have more amenities and higher quality fittings and fixtures.

Premium Bathroom – $25,000 +

A Premium bathroom would be a large bathroom, with increased design impact incorporating premium fixtures and fittings, such as custom vanities and cabinetry.
